Vastu Dosh Nivaran Puja is conducted when a property faces structural or directional defects such as improper main entrance placement, kitchen in the wrong direction (not in southeast), toilet in the northeast (most inauspicious), staircase imbalance, irregular plot shape, or when occupants experience frequent negativity and obstacles in life. 

The puja begins with purification of the premises using Gangajal (holy Ganges water) and sacred mantras. Family members participate with devotion while a qualified Vedic priest performs the comprehensive rituals. 

Ritual Components: 

Sankalpa (sacred intention statement), Ganesh Puja for obstacle removal, Kalash Sthapana (installation of sacred pot symbolizing divine presence), Navagraha Shanti (planetary balance prayers), Vastu Devta and Vastu Purush invocation (worshiping the deity of directions and the cosmic being residing in the structure), Havan (sacred fire ritual with specific herbs and grains), chanting of powerful Vastu mantras, offering of directional-specific items into the sacred fire, and final Aarti with blessings. 

Special energization of key directions is performed: Northeast (water element, spiritual energy), Southeast (fire element, health and vitality), Southwest (earth element, stability and relationships), and Northwest (air element, opportunities and movement). Protective Vastu Yantras may also be installed as per specific requirements.
