1. Who We Are and What We Offer

TalentAstro is a sole proprietorship founded in 2025 and operates a technology platform for discovery, booking and fulfilment of spiritual services and approved products. Services may include Group Pooja, Chadhava, Personal Pooja, astrology, healing and other offerings shown on the website. Some services may be performed or fulfilled by authorised temples, Pandits, Astrologers, Healers, logistics providers or other partners.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

Paid bookings and purchases must be made by an adult or by a person legally authorised to complete the transaction. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, providing accurate contact and service information, and promptly informing TalentAstro of unauthorised account activity. You may not impersonate another person or use false, misleading or unlawful information.

3. Platform and Partner Roles

TalentAstro facilitates access to services and may coordinate fulfilment with independent spiritual professionals and institutions. Availability, schedule, language, location, ritual requirements and partner participation may vary. TalentAstro may reasonably verify, review, suspend or remove listings or partners to protect users, platform integrity and service quality, but such review does not create a guarantee of any spiritual, personal or commercial outcome.

4. Bookings, User Details and Payments

Users must review the service description, price, schedule, inclusions and information they submit before confirming a booking. Name, Gotra, Sankalp, birth details, address or other information may be required depending on the service. Prices and applicable charges are shown before payment. Payments are processed through authorised payment providers; users must not share UPI PINs, CVVs or banking passwords with TalentAstro personnel or partners.

A booking or order is confirmed only when TalentAstro records successful payment or otherwise provides confirmation. A payment debit without a valid confirmation may require reconciliation with the payment provider.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Eligibility depends on the type of service or product and its fulfilment stage. Spiritual services already performed, consultations already used, and personalised or specially prepared items may have restricted cancellation or return eligibility, subject always to rights that cannot legally be waived. 6. Physical Products and Service Delivery

Available shipping regions, estimated timelines and charges are shown at checkout where applicable. Users are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by location, carrier operations, holidays, weather, government restrictions or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage remains subject to applicable law and the facts of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, materially defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact TalentAstro promptly with the order number and reasonable evidence. Spiritual-service fulfilment may be evidenced through booking status, partner confirmation, photographs, video, digital prasad updates or other methods relevant to the service.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the website; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security or availability; upload malicious code; scrape or copy protected content at scale; submit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or deceptive material; harass service providers or staff; use the platform for fraud; or violate the rights of others. TalentAstro may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, partners, the platform or legal compliance.

8. Intellectual Property

The TalentAstro name, platform design, text, graphics, software, workflows and original content are owned by or licensed to TalentAstro, except where third-party ownership is identified. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the platform for lawful personal use. No content may be commercially reproduced, modified or distributed without permission or a lawful basis.

9. Nature of Spiritual Guidance

Astrology, Pooja, Chadhava, healing and related spiritual practices are rooted in faith, tradition, interpretation and personal belief. They do not guarantee a particular financial, medical, legal, relationship, career or other outcome. Information and guidance on TalentAstro are not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, psychological or other licensed professional advice. Users remain responsible for their personal decisions and should seek appropriate professional help where needed.

Images, descriptions and expected spiritual benefits are presented for information and devotional context. Individual beliefs and experiences may differ.

10. Availability, Changes and Force Majeure

TalentAstro may update services, prices, content, features or these Terms when reasonably necessary. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures or events outside reasonable control. Where a confirmed paid service cannot be fulfilled, the applicable rescheduling or refund process will be followed.

11. Limitation and Applicable Rights

To the extent permitted by law, TalentAstro is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on belief- or interpretation-based guidance, third-party links, user-supplied inaccuracies or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through TalentAstro support. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, disputes may be submitted to competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
